Supporting Justice's transition to Pocatello

Overview:

When the Department of Justice (DOJ) decided to build their data center operations in Pocatello, Idaho, they sought a partner to staff the new data center with certified, cleared personnel. This was no easy task—the new data center was created to consolidate several data centers throughout the United States.

DOJ turned to Everforth ECS to recruit and retain subject matter experts across a number of highly technical fields including systems engineering, network engineering, storage engineering, and systems administration and integration.

Approach:

Everforth ECS’ program manager assigned a dedicated recruiter to the project, making staffing the number one priority
Through incentives like the Everforth ECS recruitment bonus program, continuing education reimbursement, and relocation support, Everforth ECS was able to quickly recruit and retain top talent
We partnered with organizations including Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI) and Idaho State University to deepen community ties and identify and cultivate talent
We created the Everforth ECS Innovation Lab, a cutting-edge facility for Everforth ECS employees and our DOJ counterparts to engage with the latest IT trends and technologies through vendor demos, community events, conferences, and application and infrastructure testing
