As Chief Growth Officer at Everforth ECS, Steven Irish leads strategic growth initiatives for the company. That includes aligning business development, capture, proposal, and pricing functions to accelerate enterprise expansion and strengthen customer partnerships across the federal market. Mr. Irish brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience driving growth, strategy, and operational excellence in the federal defense, health, and civilian sectors.

Prior to joining Everforth ECS, Mr. Irish served as Vice President and General Manager at Peraton, where he led a $1B+ business unit supporting the Department of War, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Defense Health Agency, and the Department of Health and Human Services. During his tenure, he oversaw enterprise opportunity pipelines exceeding $10B and guided large-scale federal pursuits valued at more than $500M. He also previously led Peraton’s Financial and Regulatory Business Unit, growing the portfolio to more than $600M through expansion into hybrid cloud, DevSecOps, and low-code modernization solutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Irish held senior leadership roles at LexisNexis and DXC Technology, where he managed federal portfolios supporting Homeland Security, Justice, and Foreign Affairs agencies. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening executive-level customer relationships, and delivering innovative technology solutions that drive measurable mission outcomes.

Mr. Irish holds an MBA from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is also a Fellow with the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), recognized for his leadership in advancing innovative technology solutions across the federal government.
