As vice president (VP) of Business Development (BD) at Everforth ECS, Rob Mills helps build the organization’s pipeline for organic growth and ensure excellence across all business development activities. Mr. Mills joined Everforth ECS in 2023, bringing more than 12 years of leadership experience and a track record of success in growing and expanding new and existing business.

Prior to joining Everforth ECS, Mr. Mills served as the Government Services industry lead at Apex Systems. During his tenure there, he helped propel growth across five industry segments and refined the execution of go-to-market strategies, including planning and analysis, cultivating near- and long-term pipelines, and strengthening strategic partnerships.
