As Chief Human Resources Officer at Everforth ECS, Meredyth Makris leads the company’s human capital strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational development with business priorities. Ms. Makris brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience spanning the federal technology, aerospace, life sciences, and financial services industries, with expertise in talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Prior to joining Everforth ECS, Ms. Makris served as Chief People Officer at Redwire Space, where she partnered with executive leadership to transform the company’s global people services organization and led HR integration for an acquisition that doubled its employee base. Previously, she spent five years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CACI, serving as the HR executive and strategic business partner for a 12,000-person technology sector supporting federal customers. There, she led talent and succession strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and acquisition integrations.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Makris held HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca, Dell Technologies/EMC, Tivity Health, and GE Capital, leading workforce transformation, talent management, and organizational change initiatives across complex global businesses.
Ms. Makris holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Miami University. She is also a graduate of the GE Human Resources Leadership Program and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
